My membership expires tonight and I don't know if I will have access to the forums any longer.  I had to close my shop in October 2020.   I just want to give a big thank you to AREA and staff for 31 years of support for us. Membership to AERA  was a plus for our business, you don't know how valuable it is until you need their help.
Thank you all.

Would love to have a version downloaded in the computer.  One more issue is I can't access Prosis from home, In today's social media world we are connected with people daily and I do not log the computer out at the shop, so sometimes get asked a tech question and can't look up specs......  Yeah I know  don't bring work home, but self employed means you have to be accessible,  have one in each computer would be great.

Anyone have experience with EV6000  LED UV inspection light from Magnaflux.  We use a spectroline BIB150 assembly and the bulbs are discontinued.  Just wonder if the LED assemblies are bright enough for wet inspections.

So since Irontite dropped the pressure testing equipment is there any vendors that picked up selling replacement parts?  Arms, pads, misc plates.  we like the Irontite system due to the fact no large plates cover the head.

Do you  freeze the guide and heat head?  if so, what temp?   My guy like to heat the head to about 150-180 f degrees  to install guides. ( not liners)

Would you be risking coolant weepage down to bottom of sleeve by using a flange type sleeve?  Pressure testing blocks that have sleeves installed with a lip at bottom has revealed some leakage when bored too deep for sleeve and some of the lip is gone.  Full lip at bottom  seems to prevent any coolant leaking into crankcase.
