Dave,
Same to you !!   2020 has actually been a very good year as far as business goes but pretty terrible otherwise.  I will certainly be glad when we can start visiting relatives and seeing others without worrying so much.

Merry Christmas !!!!

Bill

I am following this as I have to do something about cleaning aluminum also.  Seems like soda is going to be the best way to go.  As far as I know the soda blast systems are "single pass" so none of the soda is reused.  Should not be any reason for the lines clogging.

Randy,
I dont have an Iron Tite but the one I have has been discontinued for a long time too.  I have been making my own plates.  I buy the rubber from McMaster Carr and just cut out what i need.

What i used is a strip nut socket that you can buy everywhere, you Knock it around the seal and use a small 3/8 air gun and spun the seal around, no damage , no heat, try it , i use it on every hard to remove boss seals..Sylvain.

Interesting. Never thought about that and I even have a set of those sockets   I will give it a try next time.

Thanks !

Rob,
I have to agree with Dave.  I am a regular Facebook user but it is not really conducive to have a technical discussion.  I have started to use Speedtalk but I really feel that the AERA has not tried at all to get users to these forums.  It is a shame because they could be a big help.
