Disassembly Engine Technician

Candidates for this position should have 1-3 years of experience with diesel engines. Candidates should be able to explain the operation of a diesel engine & identify all engine components. Employee will be placed with an experienced mentor and trained in company process & procedures in order to complete initial training. The technician will, under the supervision of the Disassembly Manager, be responsible for the disassembly, inspection and cleaning of diesel engines. Will be required to accurately and correctly document all phases of the disassembly process and provide a detailed report of work performed. Additional duties include, but are not limited to; loading/unloading of customers, loading/unloading of trucks or any other duties as required by the position. Tools Provided. Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00pm. Weekends off. Employees are paid on a bi-weekly schedule.

Interested candidates must have a strong work ethic, a high level of attention to detail, be organized, maintain a clean work environment and be team oriented with an excellent record of attendance and punctuality. Candidates must have a working knowledge of basic computer programs (Word, Excel, Etc.) and the ability to learn an inventory management system in order to perform the duties required of the position.

Level B Diesel Engine Technician

Candidates for this position should have 4-6 years of experience in the repair, service and remanufacture of diesel engines. Should have basic experience and be familiar with diagnostic software, electrical wiring diagrams & common rail fuel systems. OEM certifications or technical training a plus. The technician will, under the supervision of the Service Manager, be responsible for the remanufacture, repair and service of diesel engines. Will be required to accurately document all phases of the remanufacture, repair and/or service process, to include time and parts used along with a detailed description of work performed. The Diesel Engine Technician reports directly to the Service Manager. Additional duties include, but are not limited to; loading/unloading of customers, removal and replacement of engines in equipment, all aspects of service work or any other duties as required by the position. Tools required. Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Weekends off. Employees are paid on a bi-weekly schedule.

A Level Machinist Technician

Candidates for this position must have 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in a machine shop. Vocational school or apprenticeship preferred. Candidate must have excellent manual dexterity, accuracy and attention to detail, experience in using and/or programming manual, semi-automated or automated tools and machines (lathes, grinders etc.), ability to use precision tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to take accurate measurements, ability to read blueprints, schematics and manuals, and monitor output to ensure consistency with specifications. The technician will, under the supervision of the Machine Shop Manager, be responsible for the cleaning, inspection, and production of machined engine parts for use in our remanufactured engines. Will be required to accurately document all phases of the repair and/or machine process, to include time and parts used along with a detailed description of work performed. Knowledge of diesel engines a plus. The Diesel Engine Machinist Technician reports directly to the Machine shop Manager. Additional duties include, but are not limited to; loading/unloading of customers, interacting with customers to determine work needed, and all aspects of machine work, or any other duties as required by the position. Tools Provided. Shift: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00pm. Weekends off. Employees are paid on a bi-weekly schedule.
